In anticipation of doubling traffic growth by 2005, our client is adding a
key senior systems engineer to plan for the future.  You will mentor a
junior systems administrator for their 2 US locations and the UK.  My client
has the latest tools in place for you to set up benchmarks for platforms to
perform stress testing.  Currently, the co-locations are comprised of 40+
Linux servers both in-house and with AT&T. Of critical importance will be to
plan an additional co-location to "go live" in 6 months to a year.  One of
your major challenges will be ensuring proper integration to the major
