Delivering to a different maildir?

I have fetchmail getting mail from a bunch of places, then delivering
them to the local recipients through smtp. Which then I want to have
scan for virii with clamav (drop those), then scan with spamassassin and
deliver them unmodified, to a different maildir. Like  ./Maildir.spam 
or mabe just a different folder inside of the maildir like  
./Maildir/spam  ?

I am not really sure what the best way would be to do this... is it
possible with just qmail-ldap? if not would it be possible to do with a
fetchmail -> maildrop situation instead? I am trying to keep it as magic
free as possible :)
