extensive antispam features

In www.qmail-ldap.org I read "Includes extensive Antispam-Features".
My question is what features it exactly means?
I installed it and only found black lists and qmail-scanner, same
features of other qmail variants.
Is there something(on antispam features) particular to qmail-ldap that
makes it unique?

I also wasn't able to create a .spamassassin per user(using Maildir
format).  Is there a way for it to be created automatically for every
user, in order that every user be able to edit its preferences?
