forwarding limits

Hi,

I'm evaluating qmail-ldap in order to use it in a production enviroment 
with 10.000 users. I have checked that old dotqmail files are supported 
but no in a similar way than traditional qmail. Besides forwarding mail
list are implemented by LDAP entries with the mailForwardingAddress 
attribute.

In our tests we checked that (more or less) a LDAP entry with 1000 
mailForwardingAddress attributes produced the following error:

failure: Unable_to_run_qmail-local./

Is this a real limitation? Is a buffer problem?.

We are very interested because our maillist are huge.Perhaps is
better use qmailGroup attributes or ezmlm?.
