I started putting together the FAQ and realized that to keep the HTML the
way I wanted it, it was quickly going to get out of hand and needed to be
generated automatically from a simplified input file.  I didn't get around
to writing a script until last weekend and was planning on spending time this
weekend populating the FAQ with more items.  

The FAQ, in whatever state it exists in at any given time, is at:
