Pilot: cbasPad install problems?

I was expecting to hear a few horror stories about the upgrade
from cbasPad 0.02b* to 0.50; but I haven't heard any.  (The
creator signature type had to be changed to a legal value,
'cBAS', which made the new version completely incompatible with
the old pdb database.)  Did I get lucky?

I have about 500 bytes of code space left before I table any
further cbasPad development (for awhile, other important projects
call).  Any small must-have features which should be included
in the list from which I'll be selecting the last thing to add?
