Pilot: Pilot/Zaurus comparison

I'm concerned about the support (or lack of as mentioned by other
subscribers) from USR.  This has led me to rethink and take a look at the
Zaurus.  At first glance, it appears to be more of what an average,
non-programmer type could use right out of the box.  I really love my pilot
but don't want to spend time "jumping through hoops" just to try a new app
that might not work. Gimme your opinions.
