Pilot: HackMaster & BattHack

I just installed BatteryHack and would like to say great work to both Ed 
for his great extension system and to Matt for the batthack hack. Just 
one question now that I now the exact voltage of my batteries at what 
voltage level should I replace them? currently my meter is at about 50% 
and batthack says I have 2.47v so should I let it get to about 1.5 volts 
before I replace? or should I replace them much sooner??
