Pilot: Snag with CRX.EXE for DocReader

Sorry, I rushed things last week, trying to put a basic Web page together, ship
some code to a customer, _and_ get ready for a short trip/holiday (it was good,
but _short_ :-)).

If you go and load the latest version of CRX (from
http://ourworld.compuserve.com/homepages/Mark_Pierce), you will find MSVCRT.DLL
ist there as well.  This DLL should now be all you need (in addition to the CRX
EXE).
