Pilot Application Launcher(PAL) replaces the Applications screen with an
enhanced launcher which allow categorization of your applications for
quick program navigation.

This is the initial beta version of PAL. It has undergone little testing
so I suggest a HotSync prior to use. There is significant functionality
still to be added for the release version, but here's a quick summary of
the state of things:

You Can:
* Assign categories to your applications
* Launch applications from PAL

You Cannot:
* Set a default category in which PAL should always start
* Add or Remove apps from PAL without deleting and reinstalling PAL
* Automatically launch PAL from your Applications button

Every 'cannot' will be a 'can' in the shipping version, which I hope to
complete by the end of the week. Please tell me about any bugs you find
or suggestion to improve the user interface, etc. I'll give serious
consideration to any reasonable requests.
