Pilot: Hack idea, (if it doesn't exist??)

O.k., I have a simple idea for a hack.

If any of you have used Jot, or TealScript, or WriteHere,(ScreenWrite), they
all have a very nice feature of capitalizing letters drawn on the boarder of
the alpha - numeric region.  I would like a Hack that does this just for
Graffiti, (hence very quick with no learning cover).

Though I know the above programs will do this, they have a great deal of
overhead, (because they do much more?)

So does this hack exist, and if not does anyone want to write it???
