I've been flying an Organic for about 2 months now and I've never seen a
2 meter fly like this one, pure brilliance. I think the name should
change to Orgasmic far more appropriate.

As to fitting the flap servo. I came up with a very simple system. 

Fit two balsa cross pieces between the ribs that make up the servo well.
On top of this fit a 1/16 ply strip to grip the screws and fit the servo
as you would to rails in the fuselage.
