Yes, I think he just misunderstood the question.  Reports on the
assurance work done for DTOS can be found under
http://www.cs.utah.edu/flux/dtos.  Reports on assurance work done for
Flask can be found under http://www.cs.utah.edu/flux/flask.

Works for me.  It should take you to Section 2 of that paper; you can
always omit the #2 and just scan down to the 2nd section yourself.
Quoting from it:

"Assurance evidence must be provided to demonstrate that the features
meet the desired system security properties and to demonstrate that the
features are implemented correctly."
