SE Linux play machine

I've put a SE Linux play machine online again, see the above URL for details.

The machine demonstrates that SE Linux has the ability to make all access 
decisions for the system without needing Unix permissions.  The reasons for 
this are to demonstrate the abilities of SE Linux, to allow people to learn 
about it, and to test out the strict policy.
